Shannon Baker's interest in image making is prompted by her desire to illustrate art's impact on us. Art inspires and teaches.

No matter what the media - books, film, art, music or architecture - all great art has a story to tell.

Shannon turns her lens on the great stories around her. Eliciting in her process the multitude of decisions that each artist has encountered, her work evokes emotional and psychological impressions of the treasures which have moved her.
